Missing “Real Life”

I am here at the office. The nook of everything notional. The bane of this realm they call “real life”. I never believed that this was “real life”. Because real life is a higher calling, an ascension so to speak. Real life is going home and taking the metro towards the slums of Manila. Real life is getting drunk and spewing puke all over a mall.

I miss real life, yet here I am living an illusion of money in the middle of the desert.
